Does anyone know what is a good place to get wedding day make up in Gujrat/Kharain area… I am looking for Valima day makeup as well for my SIL…
I had heard about “She parlour” but heard the original owner who was good in applying makeup has left now… what are the few good places around that area?

Ya I got my make up on both days at She parlour and the owner has not left, but you can ask Asma at She parlour, bht acha make up krti ha. She's my MIL's friend. I prefer her make up to the owner's one. Believe me you won't regret.

Contact Keune beautyparlour in Gujrat. They have done my make-up for both days. And it was very good. Better then She beautyparlour.

No that's not true. She lives in Lahore with her husband. It's still possible to make an appointment with her. But Keune is much better. It's in Al Fajr Tower (third floor) near the Gujrat Bazaar. I bought my lenghas from Fashion ka Ghar...Give me your emailadress then I'll give you all the information you need about lenghas, make-up, jewellery etc etc near Gujrat/ Kharian area.

ok maybe i missunderstd. do anyone knw about Gehne(i thinks its mean jewellery but its a parlour lolz) in gujrat? my czn hve been dere nd they likd it... i jst wanna knw ur opinion nd experience. im getting married in dec. nd i hve to book any parlour... She or Gehne (gujrat)?????

I have heard that She and Mona Lisa are the best parlors of Gujrat esp Mona Lisa as She makes the base too white.

How new are they? If you have expereince of Gehne than go for them. I asked my friend who is from Gujrat and has also done a cosmetology course. She got her bridal make up from Mona Lisa and highly recommended it. She hadn't herad of Gehne, I guess as they are new.
I've got my make-up for both days (married in july 2008) at Keune Beautyparlour....In Al-Fajr towers...on the third floor....near the Gujrat bazaar..They did my make-up very well....
Mona Lisa...pff...they have a pindu touch...

BEAUTY SALONS near GUJRAT ??
Asalamu Alaikum, I have been coming on this forum for a long time now as a quiet user. I have noticed that you guys are very helpful so I thought why don't I ask for some advice and help.
My cousin is getting married around Gujrat area and she has to get her makeup done near Gujrat/Jehlum/Kharian area. So I was wondering if you know any top beauty salons in that area other than "SHE Beauty Parlor." My second question is if the beauticians are willing to come to the destination and get her ready. I heard "Daniela" (something like that) in Islamabad is good, but it will be hard for us to go there. Do you think if they will able to come to Gujrat/Kharian area?
My final question is if there is a good female photographer to cover the function in the same area because all of us are hijabi's and our family would not approve a male videographer/photographer.
