Wedding Centerpiece

Stuck for ideas for a DIY wedding centerpiece…help!!

Re: Wedding Centerpiece

throw some river rock or marble pieces into the bottom of a vase. place a couple of flower stems inside, preferably smaller ones like mini orchids. use the rock to anchor the base of the flowers. fill with water almost to the top. stick a floating candle in and voila! do groupings of 3 in different size vases and you’ve got gorgeous centrepieces. you can color the water too, if you want.

same idea, but without water/flowers- get a few vases in different heights for each table (square ones are more contemporary than round ones), put tall pillar candles or smaller votives depending on the height of the vase and again, group them. tie a 2" thick ribbon around the vases, maybe 2" from the base, or 2" from the top and you’ve got instant drama. scatter river rock or rose petals around the base to finish off the look.
