Im new here so just getting use to how things work!
Could someone please give me some more information as to how i go about hireing a prestiege car in Lahore, Pakistan as i am from London and am getting married in January 2010 and am struggling to find anything!!!
And im talking about something top end…i.e Merc s class, Ferrari, Bmw, Range Rover etc etc
I think preferably im going to have to get in touch with someone who is local and based in Lahore rather then companies like Avis, Hertz etc
^ oh yeah so cute n romantic. I will love that but most prolly my wedding will happen in Pak inshAllah. So there you know such things r not very much possible.
But still i m not losing heart. I ll plan something for it before hand... ;)
My sister's Baraat arrived in 12 horse carriages. We had arranged the function at model town club by zoqi and zoqi and he helped the groom's family to arrange the carts. The wedding was in late december,all foggy,with an awesome scene of the groom and all his close family arriving in elegantly lighted carts !

prototype you have used Zoqi and Zoqi for your sisters wedding...how did u like there services? We had debated between Nadeem and Zoqi for my mehandi but choose Nadeem...still have to find a venue for Valima....how was there service? Did u have to pay extra if the wedding past 12?
12 horse carriages sounds soo beautiful and magical...
The horse carriage idea sounds really nice and i may have that for Baraat but i still need a car for the Walima. Limo is a bit cheesy i think and not really my cup of tea. As i said i would prefer a sports car or luxury car and from what i have heard Lahore isn't short of a few decent cars nowadays!!
Anyone with contacts and some more pics of the horses and carriages? And still need some contacts for hiring a luxury car???
so is it safe to be on a horse carraige in Pakistan going to a wedding? with all these raids and stuff?
Im being quite serious, my bro getting married in dec inshallah in lahore and we were planning on a simple car so that theres no show and no attraction to these people who raid ur cars.....
its my only brother and we really wanted to do it in style... but now r confused whether its a safe idea or not...
But i meant more in the sense that its ok to have a car decorated 4 a wedding, theres no risk attached? Ive just heard so many stories that its just a bit scary to atrract attention while we r there!
