or just use Streaming software to stream frm ur website

www.qik.com just need any E series phone though. the application is in Alpha mode, but works perfectly fine.

ummm... I would have gone with either "Flash Media Streaming Server" or "Wirecast" and used H.264 codec with anywhere between 150kbps-300kbps stream on a 320x240 screen size. The great thing about this setting is that you can easily accommodate 100 people viewing the webcam without any interruptions. The picture quality is far more superior than WMV and crisp. You can further reduce server load by not allowing auto-play on the flash player and letting people click on the play button to start the stream. PM if you need any help.
