OK guys .. think its the time to do some seriouse stuff…
we are planing to launch commercial website for photo printing solutions.
we need some input from people about site layout and the services we should offer.. at the moment we have some idea about the layout and the services we intend to offer.. please give us your valued remarks and of course some ideas…
Who are you targetting? a particular section of the population like Desis in US/UK/AUS? or general public around the world?

General public mainly... not just desis ... there might be some sections just for desis..
An outstanding example will be Yahoo! Photos, take a look at the navigation system and option they provide. Also I have seen few other scripts that let you run a website like that, can't recall the names but they seem pretty good too.
