today he is asking to cover up your head.....tomorrow he might ask you to cook food for his friends......and then next day may be make you wear a topi burqa..........or further than that...he might make you wear only what he wants you to wear,eat,drink........

Truly many thanks for everyone responding. As your husband, nadz123, he explained to me why he would like me to cover my head in front of his friends (he knows how among friends girls get checked out.. like any other group of guys... nothing I didnt already couldnt guess..) and I do too, appreciate the thought behind it.
Thanks for all the different views on the topic.. Especially the ones talking about respect and just being openminded and do something for the sake of a loved one. This helped me a lot, and inspired me to be better. Honestly, I dont feel like this is gonna ruin my world.. Its not that big of a deal.. I guess this is just a part of love.. The important thing for me is that I make him happy and that he is proud of me (..now i know i will get some saying.. ohh your making it the purpose of your life to please him and so on but honestly.. I'm doing it more so because i know that when he is happy, I am happy :) And he does so much for me.. so covering my head with a dupatta in front of his friends is no biggie.. I cant let him go just for this.. I'm very lucky to have him alhamdulillah. Thanks again everyone!
