It’s been two years since a gave birth to my son, since then I feel very weak. I keep movinh all day but I feel I m hollow inside, a feeling of no energy in me. Specially legs n back. N it makes me lazy as well. When I standup after lying or sitting I feel dizzy. I want to regain my strength n handling my toddler is getting tougher for me. I get exhausted very soon after doing any chore.
Any advice would be really worth a million.
Thanks!
I'm no expert, but exhaustion two years after birth doesn't sound right. In your case, speaking to a doctor would be the best idea. She would be able to examine you thoroughly, run the appropriate tests and then tell you what to do based on the results.
My eating habits are actually not good. I sleep late n wake up late n so miss my breakfast. After wakin up I take a glass of milk n a slice of bread or two. But my eating habits were good in earlier days of delivery, even then I felt lifeless. I guess I really need to see the doctor.
Being chronically tired is a symptom of a LOT of conditions - physical and emotional. We can speculate and give you suggestions, but until you have a thorough medical check-up along with a blood test and whatever else the doctor deems necessary, you won't know exactly what you're dealing with, and more importantly, how to deal with it.
