Is pregnancy risky for someone with a weak diaphragm? I have a small hole in mine as well and am wondering what might happen..
My parents have asked me to speak to my doctor before we try for a baby (which I will do) but in the meantime does anyone here have any info?

It would be worth speaking to your GP, as with any conditions pregnancys can add added pressure, does this effect you in your daily life? Or just something youve always had, im going to google this will be interesting to read upon! X

Have you tried exercises or Pilates maybe to strengthen your diaphragm? That might help?
