Birmingham is the city with the biggest population of Pakis in all of England. I was lucky enough to see the match in a VIP enclosure overlooking all the spectators and the ground. It was bliss. I went with my colleagues from work. Our director booked a VIP box for 6000 quid. So basically, my ticket was worth £500. But I didnt pay a dime. Free food, room service, sky sports live and personal waiter and all. 90% of the stadium was filled with Indians. Only a few Pakis and still we kicked some serious ass. It was gratifying. I have a sore throat today. And I cant stand for even a minute. Aching all over.
Beating India in a place like Birmigham is massive. RESPECT!
Witnessed Hritick Roshan show up in a VIP box on the right of us. And a spectator vs vip (director of some company) have a brawl and a food fight. The vip guest was arrested. Oh, it was hilarious.
Did anyone see the brawl between some people from a VIP box and the spectators below? They had a food fight and some people got arrested. It was two boxes to our left.

Yes, that was the only box with the Paki flag. You probably spotted me. I was the biggest guy there.

I was sitting quite far from there in the pavilion, just in front of the commentary boxes.
When Shoaib took those two wickets in one over I turned around and gave a thumbs up to Akram and he waved back with a big smile on his face. Shastri standing next to him looked shattered. :)
