Shujaat apologises for NRO promulgation

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) President Shujaat Hussain on Sunday apologised to the nation for promulgating the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), a private TV channel reported.
The PML-Q chief said, “We had no right to promulgate the NRO, we were wrong and we are sorry.”
To a question, Shujaat said Nawaz Sharif would have been the president not Asif Ali Zardari, had he (Shujaat) allied with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) after the elections. “The combined strength of both parties would have outnumbered the Pakistan People’s Party,” he said. He said it was Nawaz’s decision not to unify the two Muslim Leagues. He said reunification of the faction led by him with the PML-N was no longer possible. Talking about the 2008 elections, Shujaat said former president Pervez Musharraf had told him that the PML-Q would win around 50 seats and had asked him (Shujaat) not to protest the results.
The ex-King’s party deserves every bit of humiliation they received at the polls, and i hope they continue to receive more nation-wide thrashing for their bigoted policies. Now the boys are sorry for NRO.
Too little too late. But good to hear nonetheless. When will the other parties which endorsed and benefitted from NRO have the moral courage to apologize for their support of ex-dictator and his dumbfounded policies? Now i’m just asking for too much.

The Q lota league is now trying very hard to get back into the PML[N], as PML[N]s popularity continues to soar with the possibility of a mid term election not to be ruled out. Too late Q league

Mulism League Q was never a political party, it was group, consortium of Lotas of PPP and PML (N), now that their God Father is in exile, the party is tearing up... Ch. Shujaat and his cousin Ch. Pervaiz Illahi's days are numbered, any day and either there will be few more groups ( like of peer pagara and mumtaz bhutto) and/or members of PPP and PML (N) who were forced to join PML -Q may go back to their original parties, yes, this party will remain as PML (S or P)...

^ second to that, how morons and corrupt they were, the government was better in terms of having good bunch of professionals to take care where it matters most, this government is acting like bunch of loosers who hasnt any clue how to deal with any situation at all.
so if PPP is managing this kind of governance, they are certainly not par with lowest of the lowest lotas of Q league.
It was a drama by media supported by some unknown powers. No popularty of PML N$ now. They are delaying Pindi elections otherwise you will see soon.
Whatever doesnt fit your PPP boat turns out to be either a drama of the media or a drama of nawaz sharif. you hold elections in pindi right now and u'll see yet another loss for the PPP, this time even worse. This is why there are no local body elections, because PPP ki haath me ajaye gi if they go for a test of popularity.
