of Gupistaan (henceforth referred to as GS), in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves, declare our idependence from all tyrannical forms of governments imposed upon us and consider any election held under such governments null and void.
All offices established under any previous government are hereby abolished. Untill such time as the population of GS chooses their own representatives, an interm govenment shall be established to act on behalf of the people of GS. This interm government shall be formed by the undersigned representatives from all forums of GS. It is the responsibility of the interm govenment to hold fair and impartial elections within a period of six months, to choose people’s representatives to the GS congress (henceforth referred to as congress), which shall act as the governing body for GS.
A militia shall be formed by the citizens of GS to thwart any attempts by the previous establishment or their aides to undermine the independence process.
This militia shall be directly answerable to the interm government untill such time as the congress is established and thence shall be under the control of the congress.
