When is this rule going to change? Do you not realise how undemocratic it is? What is the purpose of this forum if we can’t discuss things? It gives all power to the mods (once more).
What is there to be "undemocratic" about? It's a sub-admin forum, and not some place for banter. Opening up this forum will just yield to unnecessary idiocy, in my opinion.
Unecessary idiocy? Oh come on, just because there are a few people who like to mess threads up it does not mean others may not have a valuable contribution to make to a certain issue? This is like making the people think you've given the power to them, while the control remains in the hands of a few - that's what I call undemocratic.
This is ridiculous if you ask me, if you really did want to make it a 'sub admin forum', you might as well make it an admin-only forum and just open it for viewing.
You guys have your own forums in which to talk crap, why cant we openly discuss things here?
So every time I want to add something to someones thread in the feedback forum shall I open a new thread?
And why may I ask did you decide to have a poll on this issue, if you weren't going to stick by what the majority voted for anyway?

I have just expressed my own comments after seeing how this forum has been turned into a place to whine, complain and lambaste admin, contrary to giving positive feedback, and ideas. "Positive contribution" was the idea when this forum was started, but it didn't turn out to be the case. In current situation, it’s a more streamlined procedure to receive and deal with complaints on an individual basis, otherwise, it would be a total madhouse.
However, I agree that there should be some form of medium where people can actually give opinion and participate, and the forum could actually live up to its expectation of receiving beneficial ideas. Maybe, it’s up to the guppies to decide how they want to use this forum, or perhaps, there should be two separate forums, one for whining and complaints, and the other for feedback where everyone could particitpate..
