that is truly a matter of opinion, unless the govt of pakistan has exhausted all and every available mean of peace that cannot be said. i have gone around this one with you long enough for you to know my opinion. can the govt of pakistan truly claim all means have been exhausted? and can they provide credibility of this claim?

i value pakistani army, i respect the blood being shed.i also respect the human life that is suffering on the other side, they are also our jawans, our children and our country. i also happen to disagree with the necessity of this operation. i donot blame the army for they follow the command, i blame those who control the army. that is why i cannot cheer them along on a mission that will be the demise of unity in our nation.
You have to dehumanize the enemy a little bit, otherwise it becomes harder to kill them as has been the case in pakistan. This is why we have had so many peace deals which have emboldened the talibs to this point.
on the contrary you can see dehumanising of enemy leads to misery and human rights abuse which can be witnessed all over the globe including inside pakistan.

abu gharib prison, guntanamo bay, the incident where the talibans were rounded up in afghanistan and locked in trailer and later died while trying to lick of sweat of each others body in a futile attempt to rescue themselves, another one would be the prisoners of war that were captured by pakistani officials and marched naked by american army inside our borders, various civilian from these very areas which were rounded up handed over and taken by american (afia siddiquis case) denied the habeas corpus and our govt tolerated all of this. how many civilians have we tried to get back from guntanamo bay? that is the sort of treatment dehumanisation leads to . with these stellar records under our govt's belt ,i hope you know what you are advocating.

Sir, had you dug a little you would have noticed that I don't affiliate myself either with the throat slitter hiding behind shariah while accepting arms and money from our enemies nor do I stand with the army of liberal intelligentsia who want to destroy every home that stands in the way of liberal fascism, promoting a culture of obscenity and hate against any and everyone who feels proud to be associated with the norms of true shariah.

When you're fighting ruthless barbarian salvages there is no moral high ground. Either you kill them or you get killed. This is our war & we will bring these killers to justice or we will take justice to them inshAllah.

And those glorifying and creating by posting the war songs like there was a war going on against india, keep it on the low down and be humble, seriously. Every time Pakistan Army has fought its own people inside of Pakistan, no matter who is right or wrong or what the circumstances were, its always been a huge disaster. The best thing we can hope for is them entering the Swat area, and not facing any resistance and allowing them to establish control in the area. Bloodshed over there will only make people more wary.

I'm not suggesting bombing the entire place, nor army is in favor of that. Army evacuates area that comes under fire then fires at militants unlike militants who blow themselves up in mosques, bazaars, buses etc.
