What is so perposterous about that? It is common belief even among Muslims that Arabs consider themselves superior to other Muslims, nevermind the lowly Jew.

You are using the word "superior" as White Supremacist or Nazis used, besides there might be 'some' Arab muslims considering themselves 'better' Muslims compared to others but not in the same sense as White-supremacists/Nazis. Also Muslims consider Jews as non-Muslims, not as "lowly/sub-human beings".

They say Jews are Pigs, Dogs and Monkeys, misquoting a passage from the Quran when Prophet Musa came down from the mountain he saw the Jewish people acting as if they are dogs and monkeys. Arabs use that passage to casgate the entire Jewish race as such. Inferior and animal like.
Secondly, Arabs living in Germany have allied themselves with German Neo-Nazis to fight Jews.

I personally don't see the difference between a person who thinks he is superior because of the color of the skin and someone else because of his religion. But with many Arab men I think it goes a step further - they think they are the superior sex of the superior race of the superior religion.

White Supremacists and Nazis took on ‘others’ and killed them be it through war or through ‘guerilla-like’ attacks, you are saying Egypt, Jordan and what-other countries attacked Israel in 48 and 67 is because they wanted to wipe out because those Israelis/Jews were inferior/low-life? 
The Arabs who call Jews as ‘pigs/monkeys’ or whatever they are doing now is an AFTER 48/67 reaction since Israel/Zionists whooped them hard.

There may be no difference between the two, but the difference lies in what one does to 'enforce' the idea, for example white supramcists went about killing people just like Nazi launched war. The Arabs who attacked Israel didn't do it out of 'superiority' complex, rather geopolitics/for land/control etc.

Maybe not 48. In 48, after de-colonization, there was still a contest who will be the head honcho of the arab world. so they decided to attack israel to win over the arab masses.
but in 67. definately, there was racism involved.
