Here’s something to think about. If anyone has a law background, think about this hard and long. If you dont, still give this a thought. It’s a thesis I’ve been working on for the last year :

Get rid of the “Islam” out of “The Islamic republic of Pakistan”. Then, develop for yourself, a constitution very similar to the United States. Incorporate key religious features, essentially make it a constitution based on Islamic values. Keep islamic values to keep moderates happy, but dont give any idiots the right to terrorize vulnerable minorities because they lay claim of the “islamic republic of pakistan”.

It’s a little thing that can effectively turn Pakistan’s minority problem on its head. Legally at least.

Ive been wanting them to do this for quite some time.. I really think this is what Jinnah had envisioned… But getting there will be nearly impossible.

to be fair I think you're all blowing this out of proportion. It's the Pakistan equivalent of an extreme student Christian Soc. Overall Pakistan has a lot more Cathedrals and Churches then say Greece has Mosques.

But they are religious idiots all the same.

but greece has a very small muslim population where as pakistan has a very large christian population

^^From what I know, Athens doesnt have a Mosque, all of Pakistan's major cities have churches. The number of Muslims in Greece form the same percentage population as the number of Christians in Pakistan.
