You can say that again, I met a Peshawer University Civil Engineer who had come for higher studies to the USA, with whom I happened to be discussing what his objections were to the Kalabagh Dam, mind you a Civil Engineer.

He said when you take the Electricity out from the Water at Terbela and then again at Kalabagh, you weakened the water for folks downstream.
And he was serious.
