Frequently, commentators in US project the war on terrorism as a clash of civilizations. Looking at the recent CJ incident, bloodshed in khi and general environment in pakistan; i agree with that assessment. We pakis are uncivilized who hold no value for life.
I hope we can learn from the western civilization and one day be just like them. Inshallah.

Rather, pray for us to really understand Islam and be a good Muslim which used to inspire non-Muslims towards Islam hundreds of years ago.

west hates muslims fullstop. even if we become like them they will never except us for our islamic values. day by day the western world is losing its understanding and fueling and corrutpting our countries. then surely gummable govts will be like them.

You're actually right, the problems we face spring from within us. We are not just uncivilized, we're immoral, hypocritical, deceiving, inhuman, prejudiced and on top of that illiterate. With these qualities deep rooted in our mindset there's no wonder we'd remain a defeated and battered nation. Our problems are not because we have bad circumstances and bad leaders, our problems are because we remain illiterate by choice, we lack compassion, we refuse to change us first, we refuse to fight evil untill it comes fighting our evil ways, and then we fight it just to perpetuate our evil ways further, and we also refuse to unite...unfortunately we are our own enemy...
