ppl in pakistan dont need expats or even people of Pakistani descent to go back. people of pakistan need to wake up and take charge of their own destiny.
sadly the nation as a whole is very happy taking short cuts where it helps em. bay imani and 2 number kaam is common place because it is socially acceptable and a norm.
