Anyways, I agree. There is alot of difference betweeen ppl brought up here and ppl born and raised there. Obviously we are not the same. Just that in the 'multiculturalism' Pakistan DID infact have some input.
In Pakistan, there are two types of Pakistanis. Those who wanabe Arabs; and those who wana be Central Asians. Therefore Hicky, you just disqualified yourself from being a Pakistani.
v. good thread, high 5 baba. :k:] I myself have been partly raised between azad kashmir and england and i, have neva and won’t forget the time of my life i had ‘back home’. I am damn proud of my roots, i take pride in telling ppl here that i’m a proud kashmiri and i, really couldn’t give a monkeys’ about how dat make ppl feel about me. I hope :insha:] my bright memories of my time in azad kashmir and pakistan WILL always be ever-present in my mind and remain with me till de day i die.
so if some one does not want to be called paki , leave em be, what gives? i am myself Arab as madhanee correctly said. i think general has gone fiasco , no one's got a good story, mundane.
hehehehe i can sense ur frustration…u keep asking urself these questions…why did these hindus convert into islam…they should remain hindus because their ancestors were hindus…these pakistanis should call themselves indians because their country was once a part of india…
u get frustrated and try show your stupid sarcasm on this website and make a fool out of yourself…i pity u and feel sorry for you
ahhaha I love reading the ganduz on here who can do nothing but rag us pakis all day... keep hating folks,,, if you have'nt noticed. no one cares what you think except the 2-3 of you who keep writing back and forth to each other......
Anyways, for those of you who say that you are American, or English or Canadian or whatever. I am born and raised in Canada and I can tell you any time I start a new job or meet a new gorra (or goree ;) ) one of the first things they as is.... "So where are you from" LOL. My parents came to this country probably while the white boy was still working on a farm in Eastern Europe. So whatever man. At the end of the day, you are what you are perceived to be. I completely accept that I am Pakistani at heart. That all there is to it.
Whats the point in pretending to be something that no one else sees you as anyhow??
Perception is far more important than reality.
Most people who left Pakistan were not able to sustain or afford to live in Pakistan.. set people in Pakistan never leave Pakistan - ask ur parents.. they just go for vacations abroad.. plus why ur wasting so much time in visiting a website that is Pakistani?
