Whats the difference between convincing someone and manipulating someone. Isnt convincing like mind manipulation too?
We influence people to change their decisions for better which means we are all manipulative.ture or not?

Convincing is when you reason with the other person and think from their point of view before responding to them and then help them see your point of view and then leave them alone to make up their own opinion/mindset
Manipulation is what desi parents do to us 
… " if you dont do this , Allah mian will burn you in hell forever " and emotional atyachar type of things …

Convincing someone not to buy something for the betterment of the relationship , in my opinion is also a degree of manipulation.
Convincing would be helping the individual change their mind about buying the product by giving pros and cons of the product.

I agree to some part of it. Some people are easy to convince or manipulate. But one must rationalize the situation to change someone's attitude towards anything. Now, no matter how hard we try, we can NOT influence, manipulate or convince Zardari to become humanist. People have characteristics. If one convinces some one of the characters in which he can digest, he'll be convinced.
On the other side of the conversation, Human doesn't know what he wants until it's shown to him. So it's all matter of choices you take and what yo believe in. What you stand for. That's what all matters.
