Yes I think so.They have a very good team. They will cause some surprises.

Watch India and Pak.

Someone else has been saying the same thing about Namibia on this forum. However beating Guateng is one thing, playing the big boys another matter all together. Hope so. :)

Why isn't Saeed Anwar playing. If he is going to open in the WC for us then he surely needs all the practice he can get.

I see Taufeeq is keeping the wicket today. Maybe the selection board read my suggestion in the other thread. :)

yeah...exactly

Just like '99...our batting up the order is weak. This time we have problems in the opening pair.

This is the reason why I suggested in the other thread...that we should pump in more allrounders so as to increase our batting line up. Both Razzak and Azhar should defn play.

Details of other matches after the first 50 overs:

Eastern Province 173/9 against England.

Holland 130 all out against Western Province.

Australia 280 all out against North West.

NZ 208/7 against Easterns.

India 265/7 against Kwa Zulu.

** Northerns 365/2 against Canada ** and to think some are hoping for great things from Canada. :D
