The ICC has announced that they will hold £7m from India’s share of the WC revenue because of the player contract dispute, £2.33m from England and £1.66m from NZ for their refusal to play in Harare and Nairobi respectively.

ICC president Malcolm Gray said that the money will be withheld from the team for at least six months to offset any potential losses for claims by sponsors and TV rights holders. The ICC has an agreement with the Global Cricket Corporation to manage TV and sponsorship deals for its tournaments and is expecting a claim by sponsors against India and loses for TV revenues.

The I C C can stop the payments to the Indian Team or B C C I as the case may be.

However the B C C I will have the last hurrah.

At the next I C C sponsored or directed event the B C C I will ensure that there are no Indian Sponsors or Advertisers. You will see the resolve of the I C C collapse immediately and they will come flying to Mumbai and pay the B C C I its dues.

In the food old days B C C I and other Asian countries used to dance to the tune of the I C C.

Now the Shoe is on the Other Foot.
