Is it still common way of addressing (calling) someone in Punjab or it was just limited to Sultan Rahi- Anjuman dialogues in Punjabi movies?

No one in Punjab speaks Punjabi the Sultan Rahi style. Lets clear that up first lol
Niii is not a very commonly used word in mainstream or what I call urban Punjabi. Even within Punjabi language it's not considered a very polite and polished word, nonetheless it's still very much part of the informal everyday *thais *Punjabi.
Wayy it is a very allround word. Punjabis use it in every style and manner but in Sultan Rahi style or unless they're intentionally imitating him. lol

But I think there is some polite usage of these words as well. like Madam Noorjehan's song 'way ik tera pyar menu milya' or Shah Hussain's kalam 'nii sayyon asan naina de aakhe lagay'.

wayy is for male and nii is for female. right? what about if referring to group of male or females. I mean are there plural forms of 'way' and 'ni'?

Sahiwal and Faisalabad me ye words commonly use hote hein.. and kaun kehta hai ye use nai hote ?? 
even I use these words in a chilled style on daily basis 
also I use these words… Hutt maRjana(marjana) 
and I use them in a far jolly mood…

normally WAYY larkoon ke liye use hota hai, per wayy larkiyoon ke liye bhi kabhi kabhi use kerte hein.. jese keh.. wayyy ay ki keeta ee ??
