hi what are ways to make yourself feel better when youre feeling like crap ? .. please share what works for you that doesnt involve insulting the person/s who are the cause of ur feeling this way

This depends on many different variables. Most important of all is your own personality. Moreover, it depends on the person(s) who caused you grief and their importance for you and in your life. What I am trying to say is that in different situations and with different people involved there would be different ways to get out of the 'crappy' feelings that you are going through. However, things that work for me are being straight forward with people and telling them openly if I something about them or some of their actions are bothering me. Sometimes it does not work and leads to a heated debate, but even in that case I get my catharsis.

get my hair done, hot bath, wear a hot dress eat chocs, eat sweets other comfort food....listen to music and chat rubbish with friends...
