or commonly known as ‘ponstan’ …in addition to relieving pain ALSO reduce the blood loss a little. I know a friend who used to take it on the 1st day specifically for the latter purpose!! and it worked! I tried ponstan then…and it did seem to work. But my mom says something that alters the course of nature …is not to be done!!
