Well, where there is a will, there is a way.

UET is self sufficient when it comes to power generation.

I personally know many industrialists who say, if Govt. allows them to produce the energy, there will be no load shedding at all. They have only one condition, they will manage the infrastructure and billing themselves, since they can not rely on the corrupt officials of WAPDA. So what we normal Pakistanis do to persuade the Govt?

All sorts of infrastructures must remain the national property...individuals may produce/service, distribute, bill + taxes & maintain the infrastructures...thats all... :)

If we don't have one then lets give it to Rahman Malik, there is sure 98% chance of load-shedding will be resolved sometime in the future.
