There will be a reason for eskimo to convert to islam. A basic knowledge will be enough to get started. It will not be that all of a sudden Eskimo wakes up in the morning and says, I want to be a muslim. Converting to a religion comes from within. Not from others to endorse first.
Anyhow, neither you are an eskimo nor Judaism info is hard to find on your own. 
Your question I think is about how can a person ‘start’ believing another religion or any faith. My answer is just do it. Don’t wait for someone to endores first. Rest is easy.
Beliefs are not someone’s or group of people’s propriety. No one owns religion or belief.
