Waxing/removing hair from arms..

(Not underarms).. Do **most **desi girls do it?

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Yes most girls here do it. I have seen many girls around me. Some wax their arms on occasions only and some in routine.

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

A lot of desi girls don’t bother. But those tend to be the ones who aren’t too concerned about their appearance. :bummer: Many do however. What’s up with goris though? Why don’t they do something about their hairy arms? I’ve never seen a gori who bothers waxing her arms

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

^exactly that! Are they not bothered?

i wax my arms! but i do get a bit lazy at times when I'm busy though..

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

I dont , but I really care about my appearance.

My arm hair is very fine though.

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Yeah, I notice most goris find it odd that people out there shav/wax arm hair. Maybe theirs is really fine, I dont know. I wax mine but usually end up shaving it since I get lazy. I plan on lasering it off one day to get it over with.

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Times are lean yo. That hair’s gonna keep me warm this winter :snooty:

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Same here..

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Most desi girls do as far as I know and see...

Gori girls have very fine arm hair and a lot of times its actually blonde so they don't bother with it.

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Exactly this..it's often hardly visible... Us desi girls on the other hand tend to have darker hair, so its more visible .....

I epilate/wax (kind of) regularly, so now my arm hair is much finer than it was originally and each time I do it, I stay hair-free for longer! :)

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

i wax them regularly,

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

yo!almost everyone does!some are lucky to have very fine hair and dont need to often remove them, some are not lucky with the dark fuzz:biggthumb:!
n oh,one thing,aunties dont have them..age thing maybe?

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

same here..
i think shaving make them grow back thicker and faster.

wese i have stopped wearing short sleeves..:)

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

I tried waxing once but the hairs didnt get pulled of that well, so switched to epilator, work for me

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Yes but as mentioned, a lot of desi girls have darker, thicker and denser hair. I used to wax and epilate. I wish I had never epilated as it distorts the hair growth, waxing to an extent too. Had I known shaving would have allowed the hair to get back to normal once you stop, I would have done that instead.

I had Laser, which has reduced it to the point where further Laser would be ineffective because the hairs are too fine. Now I just shave. I would like to just leave it but because of the distortion, the hairs don't lie flat along the skin as they used to before I started messing with them, so they look horrible if I let them grow out... but they have to get really long before they become noticeable. I've had one clearance of my hands/fingers with electrolysis. At some point I'll finish up the whole arm with electrolysis.

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Naah we are all from the villages, where there is no access to wax :p

Re: Waxing/removing hair from arms..

Haha, in villages one can make wax out of thick sugar syrup :p
