I’m looking for Free converter that’ll let me convert files from WAV to MP3. I am also looking for a Free Program that’ll let me combine all these files. If one Program lets u do all this, that’ll be great. Otherwise, I can live with 2 programs (one for converting and another for combining). Thanks!

There is no free program that can perform this job and still come with no spyware/spamware. You should look into paid programs.

^^ There is actually, its called Audacity. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
With proper plugins (also free) you can pretty much do anything with Audacity.

There is this program called jet audio. Its not free, but one heck of a program for converting and stuff.

Plenty of free programs can do the above, in fact produce better quality output in comparison to paid software.
