i think pakistanis should stop doing watta satta marriages, i know some couples that ended up their relation becoz of the other...

zyada tar yehi dekha gaya hai ke agar ek couple khush nahin, to doosra couple bhi badle lene ke liye apna rishta kharaab kar lete hain....
anyways...main to kabhi kisi ko watey sattey shaadi ka advise na doon!

Yes, actually i have a family friend whos got a watta satta marriage done-- and things aren going good for him and bc of that and all the family problems = his sister is being looked bad upon by her MIL and FIL and her hubby acts diferently now-

i think doing these watta satta marriages should b well planned out and thought out- if peopple do decide to do marriages like these i suggest b smart and make sure u ALL DONT LIVE in the same house- and make sure that if one couple is having a problem it shouldnt affect the other couples relationship- its a tough scenario but its best if the other couple stays out- altho it is family matters but u dont want to ruin ur relationship-

bad idea to intentionally arrange a watta satta, however if the 2nd couple falls in love and coincidentally happens to be a watta satta, then shouldnt be a problem.

I know. I was referring to an extreme example of watta satta.

It is fine aslong as long as one is not pressurised into such a marriage and when problems occur not for the other sibling’s relationship to be adversly affected too. However, that is an ideal situation and does not always translate into real life.
