I am looking for good waterproof products but not very costly. any recommendations?

Bourjois has very good waterproof products (esp their liners and mascaras), yves rocher does a pretty job also.

L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes (comes in the golden tube), it's waterproof and lengthens and holds curl like I've never seen before. It is amazing.

Any one of Maybelline's xxl pro mascars are pretty good.
