  1. Aquaventure- Atlantis The Palm

  2. Wild Wadi

  3. Dreamland Aquapark- UAQ (um al quwwain)…

anyone been to any of these water parks? :@:

Aquaventure:

Explore a world of breathtaking water thrills at Aquaventure. Slide down the immense Ziggurat and through a shark-infested lagoon, take a river ride of over two kilometres, ride the water rapids and white water chargers. For a gentler experience, younger visitors can plunge into Splashers, a water playground for kids. It all adds up to a unique water adventure, with something new discovered at every turn.

Open daily 10.00am to 6.00pm. Tickets available at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza.

P.S my brother went to this waterpark and had a dive in to the SHARK filled lagoon there :@: It is amazing!

here is the website link. do visit this if you are coming to Dubai. Atlantis The Palm - Aquaventure

Wild Wadi:

The Wild Wadi Water Park is situated in Jumeirah, an area in Dubai, United Arab Emirates next to the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The water park is operated by Jumeirah International, a Dubai-based hotelier.
Wild Wadi is an outdoor water park with a heated/cooled wave pool, multiple water slides and two artificial surfing machines. In addition, the park has the largest water slide outside of North America. Another feature of the park is an 18 m (59 ft) waterfall that goes off every ten minutes. The water park also has two gift shops, three restaurants and two snack stands.

I have been to this park many times. Good thing is thursdays is ladies day so ladies who cover also can visit this park!:yahoo:

Out of these 3 I've only been to Wild Wadi. And that was fantastic.

I was thinking about visiting Aquaventure too, but judging by their website it doesn't seem to offer many different slides/rides. Definitely less than Wild Wadi.

Re: Water Parks...

from all the footage i've seen they look like beautiful water parks from a distance then when you go running into it it disappears and you jump headfirst into sand

Re: Water Parks...

Do they have a separate ladies only area?

^ No, but they have a 'family' day..

Aquaventure is the best waterpark..

wild wadi was great when i went but in comparison to aquaventure its wack. Ahhh what the hell they both great

Re: Water Parks...

I have been to Wild Wadi & Dream Land Aquapark

Wild Wadi - great rides, but too crowded sometimes

DreamLand AquaPark - Smallish, not so crowded place - great for families (i took my mom/grandmom there).

What is the dress code for women wanting to take part in water activities at the park?

There's no dress code. At Wild Wadi you will have everything from full Abaya + scarf wearing ladies to bikini wearing ones heading down the water slides or floating in the wave pools.

Re: Water Parks…

OMG really? In full abaya? Wild Wadi here I come:hayaa:

Its a good.
