Re: water n honey

Really! this sounds good... Is it ok to have it daily, before going to bed?

Re: water n honey

yeap not a problem but if u shift it to morning with empty stomach it will help more in fat burning and few drops of lemon ...just help u to tone up ur tummy.

Re: water n honey

hmm sounds really good....im getting married next yr i will start drinking it...:)

Re: water n honey

yeap but remember that u should be empty stomach thats where the magic began really my grandmother told me and she used to do it when she get any weight she told me that if u do that in routine it will help a lot for the tummy specially..and if u increase it by 2-3 times like in morning empty stomach then evening then night its will work even more.

hmm..but does it also have any effect(negative) for unmarried girls.because i have heard unmarried girls are not supposed to do it.

Re: water n honey

As far i say natural things dont have any side effect.

Re: water n honey

I tried warm water with drops of lemon every morning for about a month and my skin went so clear. I felt so pure inside and out and I think I even lost a few pounds lol :)

I tried having a spoon of honey before bed but that was causing a few pimples so I stopped.

Re: water n honey

should i do it,i am just 17 but i want to lose weight?

honey doesnt have any side effect unless u are allergic to it.i take a tea spoon when i wake p every morning. its good for my tummy i feel.

Re: water n honey

The honey and warm water both have positive and healthy effect on your life as honey and water can save you from many diseases and can provide you immediate relief in any kind of disease.

Re: water n honey

Sorry to burst the bubble but there is no scientific evidence lemon and honey have any significant health benefits apart from minor relief from viral cold. Of course it is very effective just like green tea, or blood letting, or many other things people have strong faith in, but just don’t ask for scientific evidence.

Re: water n honey

I don’t think anyone is asking for scientific evidence. If there are serious health issues that require immediate relief, then medicine can work faster than drugs. Sadly, I don’t see many doctors giving suggestions in terms of nutrition. Money is made from drugs …not things found in nature…no real profit to be made from nature, lol. And I’ve nothing against going to the doctor…by all means do so. But prior to the modern developments in medicine…people depended on food for healing…be it honey…be it vinegar…etc etc. Honey is something that Rasool SAWS said has shifaa or healing in it…and scientific research has yielded benefits in honey (for instance)…that one can google if they want to. Lemons are alkalizing and contain vitamin C. These things have beneficial properties and substances within them…and throughout generations…people’s experiences and observations with their usage is not something that is wholly insignificant.

Re: water n honey

Yes honey in water is very good.

Honey is pure sugar so definitely helps you lose weight. I mean eat the whole tub and you will lose more.

For unmarried girls, you better watch out.
I once had a tsp of honey and ended up pregnant and I’m a man. They even made a film about me, starting Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Re: water n honey

Is it just about faith? I had Hijama (blood letting) twice. My first experience was beyond amazing and the second was kind of disappointing.

Re: water n honey

Well you can undergo this 3000 years old practice if you want, which predates Islam by centuries, possibly started by ancient Chinese or Egyptians, and went on to become a Muslim practice eventually, as it was so widespread allover the World at that time.

If has no place in modern Evidence-based Medicine. Of course there are many therapies without much evidence for its a case of to each his own.
