it is hard to get into the habit but the best way is to have a measure like Rani suggests. that's how I did it.....got a 500 ml bottle and refilled it a few times.

maybe you could try finishing one bottle in half a day and then another in the second half to get you started....then slowly work your way up.

Start drinking it from today, your brain has all water in it, water is must to drink. People on weight loss plan fill their stomach with water and eat less , it’s like they live on water. Slowly slowly , you might get some disease or your muscle stretch. So, it is better to take it ASAP.

I always drink warm water, I cn’t drink cold water at all. Whenever I take cold water, I see my voice changes.
Btw I have heard Noor Jahan never drank cold water because it keeps the throat clear and voice young.

^me too! i live in middleeast n i always drink warm water or normal tap water!!!...even when i was in pakistan,,,,whether its winter season or summer....
their is no benefit of cold water/fluids.....

There are diff benefits of drinking warm or cold water. Warm water helps more in digestion (especially of fatty food), but cold water burns calories as body needs to work on warming up the cold water to body temp.

Queen, def start drinking warm water, its actually easier to drink lukewarm water. I do, I can't drink cold!! It's soo cold here in England but regardless of that I drink my daily amount. Take it day by day... Or bottle by bottle ;)

Isn't it too hot for you to drink warm water there? Or has it become your habit now?
Funny thing about me is that i always drink warm water but I can't drink Coke, Sprite,Fanta without ice cubes,lol.

NOPE!

you have to drink atleast 4 liters of water daily, I try to do atleast half of that 4 liters is ALOT! :(

No, the recommended daily amount is 2 litres. I drink up to 4 because I've been drinking lots of water since I was child. I increased my amount without even realising.

It's dangerous if you go over board with the water too btw... Space it out evenly through out the day.

yes its my habit now since i'm drinking for many years.....if i'm outside n feel thirsy i get myself the water bottle which is at room temperature not chilled one....

Not so good for your teeth as the juice is acidic. Just make sure you don't brush your teeth immediately after drinking juice or fizzy drinks!
