Hain.. why would you do that? Its a terrible idea unless its suggested for the remedy of some other disease

Drastic diets or fasts are nothing but putting your body under stress resulting in damage in the long run. When you are on a water fast your body goes into starvation mode and in turn starts to store fat instead of losing it. Ramadan is coming and this is the best time to detoxify your body and lose weight. You can also try detox water on normal days, I have heard it’s very good.
