my friend did it she did lose weight but the impact on her skin was terrible. Your energy will probably be terrible and you will gain weight back quickly as no 1. your metabolism slows down 2. Your stomach size generally doesnt reduce and accustome to a certain portion size as your not eating anything. If you must try fasting half the day and eat normally the rest or reduce your portion size.

For how long did she fast?
I don’t want weight loss, I want to do it for detoxification.
