A really really dark movie based off the comics…saw it last night on the big screen…and I loved it!
I didn’t get bored at any point in time, eventhough the movie is almost 3 hours long…the only thing i’d change is get Dr. Manhattan to wear some underwear throughout the movie instead of publicly displaying his junk and get rid of the other explicit scenes…
some ppl had brought their 10 yr old kids to watch the movie :-S bad idea…it’s rated 18A for a reason…for both violence and nudity…
I watched it in the cinema. Indeed it is a really dark movie but did not really like the explicit scenes. Also when I watched it there were kids there and I was feeling uncomfortable.
i quite liked it..very dark and explicit it may not appeal to many people because of its complex alternate reality storyline.. watch out for a cool soundtrack great cinematography and a scene stealing performance by Rorschach.
I'd give it an 8.5 out of 10 ..with a strong warning about the explicitness
I went to watch it with a bunch of friends and NONE of us liked it.. I am talking about 22 people altogether. I actually fell asleep in the middle of the movie.. lol.. all along I was thinking that maybe I am the only one who's finding this boring and incredibly long until I saw my friends next to me going, WHEN will this end? And then we spent the rest of the night making fun of how stupid it was especially the ending. Don't waste your time or money!
and get rid of the other explicit scenes…
