If you read my post again I mentioned** “If those people in the video have overcomed their self respect and haya, then at least Allah (swt) has blessed us with some intigrity.” **So I was actually talking about movie actors.

Even If movie actors do it for money and have no privacy issues, still it doen’t justify our (muslims) watching them doing those acts. The Rule of Allah (swt) doesn’t change* for our self respect*, when someones else loses his.
