I’m new to this forum and there is no better way to introduce myself other than create a mini tutorial on how to receive premium satellite channels broadcasted in Europe. Since I’m located in the UK, I’ll use $ky TV UK as an example. An average $ky Tv package including Asian, sports and movies can cost well over £120. Using the method explained later on, you can receive all the channels broadcasted in the UK for less than £10 per month.
In order to receive the channels you require the following element:
Satellite receiver.
Satellite dish pointing towards a satellite. In my case my dish is pointing towards 28.3º east in order to receive the signal from $ky’s Astra 2G.
Internet connection.
Subscription provider.
The cheapest receiver you can purchase in the market is an Openbox v5s/v8 which will cost no more than £40 from eBay. This receiver is programmable to a certain extend and offers a plug and play experience with minimal setup time. For much more experience users try dreambox or vu+ solo 2.
The Satellite dish must point towards an official satellite provider in the UK its $ky TV.
An internet connection upwards of 10mps is efficient to decrypt the incoming signal.
A subscription provider is important since it provides the means of viewing the channels. Once a good provider is discovered you have the ability to share viewing cards in order to view channels. In the market there are many providers to choose from, but remember stay away from c-line providers and use providers who support n-line subscription. Pm me and I’ll pass you a few contacts I know.
If you need more information or are confused with any information in this thread, post a reply and I’ll try to aid you. Note: This is just a tutorial and I’m not selling any services.
