My end point has reached, i am gonna sell the shares tomorrow, and head towards vacation. Will see after i come back, too much loss ..shyt .. if GE, HP & ITT are performing so poorly.. i am doomed...
Situation is worst far worst ... then anyone predict, even Obama announce House Save plan in the morning, nothing seems to working.. !

FTSE seems to have lots the fight for 4000 and is now breaking down towards 3800.

Yes after the end point is reached, but i also predicted market will touch 7000 and that's where it is going !..

Not gently its ripping apart everything, .. less then 7300 now.. I think Obama Administration will nationalize some of the banks, and it will drive down the market further..

In my first post of this thread back in sept last year I said that "tighten your seat belts for a rough ride", I think we are in the middle of it and in uncharted waters, where it will all end, anyones guess.
One thing for sure when the market has bottomed out there will be some bargains to be had, but that is a long way off yet.

I called this thing back in November of 2007, Dow has lost about 44% of it's value since then. Should have some deflation followed by inflation as the stimulious money flows into the system and the banks start loaning. You want to get in before the recovery actually happens to get the biggest bang for you buck, that's the tricky part.
Ehsan, are you day trading, going long, shorting, or just staying out right now? And what particular stocks are you watching?

I am strictly day trading and mostly shorting. One thing though I close my positions at the end of the day as it is too risky to leave them open overnight. All my trades consist of shorting dow or FTSE.
I am not looking at stocks at the moment but my feeling is that once things have bottomed out financial sector especially some of the banks will be great buys for the long term. Some real bargain to be had. No specifics at the moment.
Asian markets down about 4% right now. Dow breaking the 7000 barrier this week? I'd guess before noon on Monday.

Few good readings have helped from a free fall of Dow so far, lets wait for the next news of today due 10AM EST.

Dow has opened down and has gone below the 7000 barrier. Lets see how it ends the day.

Dow goes.. below 7000, i was right.... 10.00AM (6,960) ...... its going to be a bad day, i think it will touch 6500 - 6000, lets see !
