you can tell your jeweller you want polki & tourmaline set with 3, 4 or 5 strings. he'll understand what type you're looking for. but yes, it is REAL jewellery

A mix of kundan nd polki? lol im so confused, cuz they are two different things or are they not? :S

I spoke to a jeweller about this and he said that kundan was actually a method/style for setting stones, hence polki in a kundan setting, unless i'm mistaken?

so its not real gold and or diamonds basically?

^It is real gold (or at least it usually is). Polki is uncut diamonds.
