As we r on the topic of Rahim Shah, in October he was here in NJ and that guy Rufi who sings all nusrat gateh songs i like him very much he was singng all punjabi songs and crowd really enjoyed, i like him too, then Rahim Shah was the last performer and he sang Peera in Pushto as some people in the corwd requested it, an elderly Aunti and uncle like in there 60's they covered their ears as he was singing that, i was so pissed off, and then when he sang Jhoola which is about him mom they had tiers in their eyes, i just think the new generation doesent really care about Punjabi or Pathan, bs they all think of themselves as Pakistanis, and n e rascism that does go on towards each other i think it is because of hatred passed down. just thought i should share that, dont wanna turn it into a punjabi vs. pathan thread!

I am a little rusty on Paki-Pop so I did not hear of him until I came to GupShup a lot of people seem to be talking about him! Its cool to know that he can sing in three different languages!
