Wouldn't you still get the city code? Like when I dial Pak on a cell, its 01192-300-42 ....... I still punch in the city code even with a cell phone.

its a telenor connection number..a cell phone number..
92 the country code and 0345 is the telenor service number..u were called from a mobile phone!
