Wasim akram has announced his retirement..but it is yet to confirm that whether he has decided to be retired from both form of cricket or not..that he will officilly announce after coming back to pakistan..between he has contacted to a county..
can retired player join foreign teams such as English leagues? good money in that I think.
Akram will be sorely missed and I hope he'll play at international level somewhere for some more time. I will also strongly suggest India try and get him as a bowling coach - we can learn a lot from this master.

aravamudhan do u honestly think that wasim akram will agree to join india as their bowling coach if approached when the pakistani team could do with his services as well.
i mean its not everyday that the world’s best bowler is born into a cricketing nation and pakistan as a nation and as a cricketing nation should be proud of having a living legend in the country and they should do all they can to gain help on the bowling side from hima s he has a wealth of experience behind him, i mean the guys has been on the international crickuit for 18/19 years, so he must have learned a lot and looking at the state of our current cricket side we can do with all the help we can get to build a world class side again which will be grately feared by every country just like the side of 1992 and the past.
