"In a session moderated by bestselling author Mohammad Hanif, poets and critics discussed and recited work in Pashto, Seraiki and Sindhi on the second day of the Karachi Literature Festival 2012.

Titled “Pakis**tani Zabanon Ka Adab,” **the session included panelists Sindhi poetess Amar Sindhu, who recited some poems from her new book; author and poet Ahmad Fouad, who recited his poems both in Pashto and Urdu languages and Nukhbah Langah, a critic who spoke on the new trend in Seraiki poetry."

Yes Rangoli all the languages of Pakistan are sweet. Recently I found some beautiful melodies of different languages while browsing material for threads in CL&L and History.

When anybody talk about Punjabi, I remember sweet melodies of ‘Heer Waris Shah’. Lovely language, lovely literature.

I heard different types of punjabi (dialects) which hard to understand.

Central Punjab's Punjabi specially the one spoken in Gujranwala is a little bit hard to understand.

Gujranwala punjabi is easily to understand.

So which dialect you find difficult. May be Punjabi near Saraiki belt would be difficult for you as that may contain words from Saraiki.

But Kashmiri speak Hindko and Potohari besides Dari. I don't know whether Hindko & Potohari can be siad dialects of Punjabi.

No. Actually they are punjabiz but call themselve 'kashmiri'.

Now thats a debatable thing and we can have discussion on the origin of Kashmir people in History forums.
