I only to deal with my weight plummeting massively when I was 16ish, I mean more than usual. Though it went up again so it was ok Never had an operation thankfully, have a scar from a bad injury and a broken finger a year or ago but nothing bad mashAllah
Back in 2006 six i was in a coma like state for seven days.... but Allah ka shukkar i woke up.
Doctors thought it would be the end and i did too... they didnt really know what to do and i just fell into darkness... apparently i was alive but it was as if i was dead.

Faris when you woke up did it feel a long time had passed? Or was it not possible to tell?
Honestly it was wierd.
I did not feel any difference in time... it was just like a normal sleep but after I was told I'd practically been out at some moments my pulse seemed so weak that it seemed to doctors that I was dead or almost dead.... Mind you my lungs had collapsed so breathing would have been very hard indeed.
Shukkar Allah ka that I am okay but sometimes i still get freaked out at the thought.
One thing i remmber though is that while i was out cold i did get a sense as if i was somehow swimming.... that was the oddest part.
Allah ho allim, but it's not a nice feeling.
That said my friend had his head split open and he was awake the whole time they operated on him.... ***** I bet that was worse.
I was 19 or so and my dad had a stroke...for some reason I ended up taking it really bad and got sick. I started losing weight, passing out, irregular periods, etc. Horrible time of my life but Alhumdulillah...he got over it and so did I. :)
I think my kidney stone experience was the worst unexpected health issue I went through, for even after the "delivery" and post -op, I went through several weeks of pain and discomfort.
