Some things were better back then & some things weren’t…same way some things better now & some things not.

No it was not safe in any ways. They had their own wars. They had no medical resolutions. They had to build everything from scratch. They had to walk long distance be out in sun, farming etc. House work was just as tedious.
We are far more better off then their time. The only problem we have is few bad apples who create a havoc WORLD wide.

I would say 50/50 because they had their own problems & they were big for them then & when finally humans found solutions to those problems newer problems arose.
Every time had its share of problems & solutions.
No time is better with regard to problems.
At least this is what i think.
Just like we found solutions to some diseases which were considered incurable back then...then newer diseases cam into existence which are considered incurable now , then again doctors will find cure to these ones & another set of supposedly incurable diseases will come into existence.This will just keep on & on & on.

I think over all we are much more secure/safe today, see jews are secure, black man - from slave to President of the "world", you know about the weather tomorow, you can call 911 anytime, if you need help. no one can cross the border to another country, I heard that there was so many wars also before ww1 and ww2.
