I wonder if he would want to- we have records of roman historians who wanted the trade with India to stop as Rome was being literally drained of it's gold due to the obsession the romans had for Indian goods- India was definitely her strongest self during that time. Whereas Arabia controlled by petty tribal leaders who had no culture(Islam wasn't there ). I they ever saw Vikramaditya's army, they would be running out of Arabia in no time. The conquest would have required as much time as one needs to travel from one end of Arabia to the other on horseback- King Vikram would not want to 'celebrate' this.
