Re: was his behaviour a bit rude?? guys especially give your point of view :)
No one has any idea of why he asked her to bring the project to her, or what his intentions were, he could have been under time crunch and running errands, and it would make his life easier if he did not have to go all the way to her house.
he could have been trying to meet with her alone, or maybe he del uncomfortable going to get house again, that seems to be the consensus here, but it could be something completely unrelated.
diff people have different views on things, maybe for him, her coming out a few minutes to give him the report was not a big deal.

Not sure why your mom ordered pizza/burger for him. Did he say anything to indicate that he would eat at your house? You yourself wrote that when he said he wanted pizza, there are doubts as to whether he was joking or not. So if there wasn't 100% certainly that he was ok with eating at your house....why bother ordering? Maybe he already ate before he got there and wasn't hungry.
OJ is not a big deal....maybe he hates OJ. At my house, I always ask guests if they'd like anything to drink and then tell them what the "choices" are. When guests say "no" and that they're fine....its not a big deal.
At the end: As the person above said....why even worry about this? Its not like he's there for a rishta...lol.

You did not just rationalize this.
of course I did,
if it was two guys in this case, or two girls
would it be given an 'inappropriate' angle?
there simply is not enough info to have an opinion
I presented some other logical alternatives to counter the one track minds
