Where do you see it? Where do you see this ‘warning level’ of each guppy?
Most importantly my question is WHO is authorized to raise/drop it?
I have received a PM by some kid on cafe who claims to be a ‘moderator’ that he/she has ‘raised’ my ‘warning level’ bcz my signature has 4 lines instead of 3.
I have opened this thread in order to have an answer, not to have it closed without an answer like it was done with my ‘My Journal’ thread.

To be honest, none of the moderators on this website are worth my time (especially since after I have found out that this site has less to do with pakistanis but more into promoting indian interests). They got filthy attitudes. The only two people I normally communicate with also seem to have got too 'bizzy' to reply or have bulit up the attitude 'mountain' just like the rest of them so they do not reply to PMs at all anymore.
Someone has to answer so who is the correct person to inquire from?
